Art Fire Artisan Jewelers are a small, but growing, group of Artisan jewelers/designers. Our mission is to support and preserve unique jewelry art forms while promotion our fellow artists through education and knowledge sharing. Knowledge is power, and more powerful when shared.

CHALLENGES ON ARTFIRES ARTISAN JEWELERS GUILD –

We have a small committee that discusses ideas relating to each month...suggestions are discussed then decided upon based on what type of jewelry could be designed around the idea. Sometimes we have some wild ideas that won’t translate into jewelry very well…but calmer heads prevail and we end up with some pretty good themes!

THE CURRENT CHALLENGE THEME IS: for Father’s Day – GEAR HEADS

WHY WE DO IT – I think we all use this as a way to interact, learn from each other and keep our skills sharp by stepping outside our usual box and having a specific idea to follow, each in our own way and interpretation.

AND, OF COURSE, WE PROMOTE IT: We ask for voting from friends and followers and we then promote the challenge and the Guild with FREE SWAG of the Jewelry variety…the best kind of jewelry is FREE, right? Guild give-aways are for the 100th visitor/commentor, 125th visitor/commentor, etc.
